Strikes are a leading and indispensable tool for every MMA fighter and for self-defense. Its effectiveness is only surpassed by the submission techniques of Brazilian Luta Livre and Jiu Jitusu, but, to the extent that the development of its technique is adequate, its simplicity, saving of movements and directionality remain unique.
In this program by Mestre Rolando Carrizo Ortiz he not only selects, develops and teaches the best and simplest of striking but also his movements and defenses.
This program is not only essential for MMA or self-defense practitioners and instructors, but it is extremely useful and can be very revealing for all those who are immersed in sports that include some or all of these techniques, such as boxing, full contact, kick boxing, muay thai, etc.
Clear and concise explanations, combined with didactics and level of detail that characterize the Master in all aspects of his teachings.

Elbow strikes are perhaps the most feared among the tools that a striker uses.
Knees and kicks may be more powerful but the lethality of these techniques makes the difference with their forcefulness in the impact and with the surprise provided by the short distances, which make it almost impossible to have an advance reading of these strikes.
In fact, there is a reason they are prohibited in most combat sports and to date no effective protection has been found to apply them freely in training (as has been achieved with fists and kicks).
Of course, their use must be effective and, for this, their learning must be correct.
In this program, Master Rolando Carrizo Ortiz shows his analytical and pedagogical capacity in a wide variety of strikes applicable to MMA and, consequently, to MMA.
But the program not only covers the techniques of applying strikes, but also includes correct steps of footworking (some of them of his personal invention) and defenses, which are an aspect that is not usually deeply neither analyzed nor developed and has great importance.
