Brazilian Luta Livre is a combat system based on standing and ground fighting within the so-called "Grappling". Its effectiveness is so high that you do not need them to defeat an aggressor, even one of greater strength, weight and size.
The Purple Belt Program is the first step in the 5th belt and the 8th program on the Brazilian Luta Livre path and perfectly complements the previous ones.
This program is the 5th step at the medium level of Brazilian Luta Livre and the first color change at that level.
We present the 50 techniques of the program and others included in these lessons which belong to other programs.
Anyone can access this material even if they have not taken any tests with us. This is a temporary possibility offered by LutaLivreUniversity so that all students can access more advanced techniques.
Videos that have techniques from other programs have an asterisk (*) next to the technique number.
