EXPLANATION OF CONTENT
Brazilian Luta Livre is a combat system based on standing and ground fighting, which is classified as a "Grappling" sport because it does not use the application of strikes. Its effectiveness is so high that it does not need them to defeat an aggressor, even if he is stronger, heavier and bigger.
The Blue Belt Program is the third step in the Brazilian Luta Livre path and perfectly complements the Yellow and Orange programs.
It is worth remembering that, as mentioned in the description of the previous program, in these ground fighting combat systems, the base is what is ultimately used the most in a fight, which is why the first techniques are not only the most important but are also usually the most used.
The Foundamentals #3 is a program of 44 techniques and the 32 videos are joined by techniques from other programs, all explained down to the smallest details that many experts are unaware of.
Videos containing techniques from other programs have an asterisk (*) next to the technique number.
Upon approval of this program, the student can apply to become an Official Instructor.
