EXPLANATION OF CONTENT

The Blue Belt Stripe 1 Program is the fourth step in the Brazilian Luta Livre path and perfectly complements the Yellow, Orange and Blue programs.

This program takes on significant importance because it is the techniques that a student learns when he has reached the Blue Belt and this graduation is what marks the beginning of the intermediate level in Brazilian Luta Livre.

The video delivery system changes starting with The Foundamentals #4.

We share with you "a team of 11 techniques" from the program (plus others that are added) that can be accessed by anyone even if they have not taken any belt test with us. To access the lessons that complete the program, the student must have previously passed the Blue Belt through Luta Livre University.

This allows us to reserve some techniques and details for those who follow our path, as a reward and recognition for them.
